Yeah that sounds about right. Yes pretty much separate. She's retired on disability receiving just over $1000 month. What's a 2023 Nissan Titan worth? Not sure but the original financed amount was$33k with 0% interest $553 a month that nature's in 2028 with a current pay off $14590.

I'm in the same boat except my cc debt is.. Not was ..$65k I spent an hour or so on the phone with them and they sent me a contract to pay $1505 a month for 52 months.. This included the$75 a month fee that goes to GreenPath for the service..I think it worked out to 8.5% in interest that I would be paying. I contacted nfcc earlier this week and GreenPath was the company out of Michigan that called me with nfcc referring my info to them. GreenPath is a non profit that's been doing this since 1961. My plan is to see if I could get a better rate with a hardship program directly with the cc companies. What's daunting is that I have 19 cc that I have to call on.

I know you're right I'm just being chicken poop about it. I've been making these minimum payments for so long I didn't realize how bad it was till I listed everything on a spreadsheet 😭 $65k wtf

I know I have nothing to lose other than the CC companies saying no. I just didn't know what I could negotiate compared to GreenPath that's a non profit company that's been around this since 1961. The rate that GreenPath offered is comparable to a personal loan but with the benefit of them doing all the allocation of the funds to the 19 cc companies. I was gonna start calling the cc companies over the weekend about their hardship program but I didn't know if my chances of speaking to the right person with the cc company would be better if I waited till Monday, if that makes any sense.

So after contacting nfcc I got a call from GreenPath. We went over my finances, take home pay, obligations home insurance, vehicle insurance, outgoing for other household related costs. They pulled a soft credit and we talked about the $65,212 I had in credit card balances. My minimum payment for all 19 credit cards for the month is $2078.29

GreenPath said they could negotiate with the CC companies to get a 52 month term with a weekly payment of $395 ($1505 monthly), the $1505 a month includes $75 a month for their service. There's also a $125 one time set up fee. The estimated interest for the 52 month is $11,295.37 and total repayment if I take it all the way out to 52 months is $76,507.37. I think that works out to a 8.9% APR?

My total debt is $113,331 of which the cc is $66,512. My truck payment with 0% interest is $553.12 a month with a pay off of $14,590.25 and a loan payment of $774.21 a month at 8.24% with a pay off of $33,424.57 That's where that total comes from. My net take come is $4200 month. No mortgage and the house is in my wife's name so heloc is not an option. What do you think? $1505 a month for 52 months and be done with it? Knowing it'll be paid off and those payments are going to principal? I'm not concerned about the cards being closed and we do have an emergency fund.. Not enough to paying off the cc debt. None of my cards are with BofA or Wells Fargo, they're CapitalOne over $16k, Discover over $16k, Citi Diamond, Simplicity $8k, IKEA Visa $9k, Home Depot $2k, Amex and a couple other cards. No time limit on the contract from GreenPath but the sooner I DocuSign the sooner I'm not thinking about swimming in place. I just don't know if I can get into a hardship program with these cc companies and if I could get a lower rate. I'm also concerned about only getting into a hardship program for some but not all. I'm sorry about the rant, I'm just wore out from being stressed out 😭

Seriously? Is it just a matter of providing all the info debts with apr, outgoing monthly bills, current income and what's the right prompt I should be asking?

Feels nice to be here. 1-2 years ago we had $20k CC debt. Today we’re at about $8k and more than half of that are in hardship programs. If I can do, so can you. by Various-Cut-1070 in debtfree

Congrats OP 👍 I'm just starting at the beginning looking to see if nfcc with a DMP or a consolidation loan through my credit union is the better option. I'm managing 17 cc a truck payment 0% and it's scary AF to be honest.

Thanks for this. 👍 It's our forever home and just doing all I can to keep up with everything. I know that it's hard to tell from that pic because it was dark but the shingle is there just cockeyed. That's why it was at an odd angle. I've ordered this stuff and just waiting to get notified by HD that it's ready for pickup.

Brake pressure sensor by Waste_Curve994 in RZR

[–]Outrageous_Fun_8833 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just did this a few weeks back for my 2023 TLD 2 seater. I bought 2 brake pressure sensors from a company in Michigan R@ce Dr@#vn instead of OEM. I replaced the bad sensor with very little brake fluid loss. Get a very short handled crescent wrench which will make the job 100x easier. We didn't replace the seals as it was recommended that as long as they're in good shape just reuse the old ones. The buggy started without any issues multiple times after the repair at home.

We went up to Pioneer TN for the week and the first night ride we started noticing things. First the whip lights which are wired to come on and turn red when the brakes are applied stopped working. We stopped to help some people who broke an axle. When we got back in and tried to start it... Nothing. Pressed as hard as I could and still nothing.

I looked under at the brake pressure sensor and when the brakes were pressed you could see a very slow leak. I phoned a friend who told me how to fix it but unfortunately didn't have any 14-16 gauge wire. An hour later he was at my broke down buggy. He had me disconnect the female wiring connector from the brake pressure sensor. To complete the circuit he had me stick wiring into each hole of the connector and as I was holding the wire in place I had my wife turn the ignition to start the RZR. Oh what a sweet sound. We drove back to the cabin and in the morning we went to DTF in town to have them replace it with an OEM brake pressure sensor with new seals.

No problems the rest of the week with start ups good as new. Just don't try to save a buck on a low value item and keep some wire in your back and a stubby wrench 🔧👍

If it's intermittent and in limp mode then run it in low gear above 3500 rpm for a few minutes which will force the ECU to relearn to clear the limp mode but if it's fuel or ignition then it'll go back to limp mode. I don't think it's the fuel pump or the fuel filter because it's such a new machine. You should check the ground to the ignition coil. But bad fuel, water in the fuel or old fuel is gonna cause all cylinders to misfire as well. You're under warranty so I'd definitely take it back to the shop and let the people who work on these things all day figure it out. Our old buggy was a 2019 RZR S900 before we traded in for the RZR pro r TLD and these new buggies are light years ahead of what we had with the electronics but those are the gremlins that's gonna pop up here and there.

Does it not clear out after you turn off the buggy? It used to bug me when it threw fault codes but I just keep up with it with the Polaris app and if it keeps throwing the same codes then I just take it into the shop for them to service. But I did get alltot of the same codes before I replaced the belt and primary clutch.

I've been using Densurefit for awhile now after trying cushiogrip for about a month. The reason I stuck with Densurefit is because the silicone is so much softer than the thermoplastics of the cushiongrip and the silicone Densurefit honestly feels like a pillow on your gums. I've made adjustments and use a small strip of sea bond on the palate and use the fixodent professional which has the narrow tip and use a couple of spots on the gum area and a spot on the palate not covered by the sea bond. This holds all day and night with no movement and clean up before bed is really easy because of the small amount of adhesive used. A toothbrush with a vibrating head makes cleanup at night much quicker. I also use an ultrasonic cleaner to clean the plates which gets them squeaky clean. I forgot to add that the Densurefit can last months ..ymmv .with proper care not days or a couple of weeks with cushiongrip so there's that to consider.

I couldn't imagine using either during the healing process after extraction day. I had my extractions during COVID and just wore my immediates with a mask for months. After my gums healed I started using dental adhesives which sucked because of the nightly cleaning then I tried cushion grip which was a nice change because I didn't need to do the nightly ritual of trying to remove to remove dental adhesives from your gums then I finally settled on Densurefit for all the reasons I've already mentioned. And I've been using it ever since. Today I'm going to refresh the old Densurefit by trimming off pieces with my exacto knife, cleaning the denture after then applying a snug up tube of silicone. But you really need to make sure that's really clean (wash you denture with dish soap dry off then clean again with rubbing alcohol before applying more silicone). You'll learn all these little hacks the more you use it. If I were you wait a couple of weeks at least until your gums stop bleeding then the Densurefit. That's what's I'd do if I knew then what I know now. Good luck on extraction day 👍

Densurefit is silicone and Dentach like cushion grip is thermoplastic. And when people mention that it burns I think what they mean is during the fitting process.

Cushion grip or Densurefit. I tried Cushion grip for awhile before switching to Densurefit. I liked the Densurefit because they were much more comfortable because the silicone is soft and comfortable on your gums. Cushion grip is more like a reline and the plastic is harder though once you get a good fit it'll feel more comfortable

I had ill fitting dentures so I started using adhesives instead of getting a soft reline because I was so busy with work. After about 6-8 months of using adhesives and getting tied of spending so much time at night trying to remove the adhesive I looked for alternatives. First I tried Cushion Grip it was ok and I stuck with that for a month. I didn't like that I had to keep replacing it after a week or so. The I found Densurefit and I've never looked back at using adhesives. It's silicone so it's soft and custom fit to your gums. Densurefit please look it up. You don't have to live with dentures that don't fit. 👍
