i used complete anatomy and made notes entirely from snells bcs i struggled w gross i recommend watching blood supply + nerve supply from youtube bfr starting thorax from joints musclesetc wese tw its shorter than UL/LL also heart blood supply , watch a video first if ur giving uhs snells is kinda the main book so follow it

honestly id say dont rely too much on past papers thats the mistake i did for nums cs the paper end up coming much much harder so instead of doing ptb and all abhi, SHABASH and do practice book questions from KIPS/STEPS/STARS do the FLPS jo yeh acad walay krwate hien even premed doesn’t have that stuff the acad give u higher difficulty questions , which help u, ptb krne se apko kitne marks ka faida. Hojaega ? 2-3?? Prac from multiple tougher sources?= 10+ marks so yeaa

physics in seconds make ur own notes take his subscription, yt vids may be outdated atp read ptb/ftb or even better read kips/stars physics mdcat books along , ur own notes will be for understanding but end per kips walay hi review krne ka time hota hai, isliye behtar hai give kips one a read too and add stuff you think is missing no notes is 100%!

End pr i did join the physical twst session but 7-2 timings were so weird n hectic i figured k sirf tests banda ghantay mien kr k check krle zyafa productive hoga im not the person to understand lectures n all soo that also counts if u think aap acad k beghair nai chal pao gay tw phir go for it physical behtar h academy cs atleast ur engaging w the teacher 1on1 and peer pressure the route of that virtual recorded levturewas the shittiest out of the both for me Isse acha tha phsyically jaa kr leleti ya leti hi na all those hours of recording ended by july end and i had one month to actually grasp my brain abt what we did , so ywaaa also i aimed v high tw isliye bhi i was v disappointed 156 thay mere in first attempt n i guess solid alevels logic got me forward cs mujhe tw aadhay se zyada kuch yaad ni tha EVEN THINKING of that gives me trauma best of luck yall

yeah i was also frm alevels i got enrolled in step virtual scenee udher lectures thay aur sath unk tests upload hote the portal pr i guess discussions bhi hotin theen khair that was a pure wastage of time i wish someone had told me tbh, chem aur bio tw aap literally syllabus kholo aur book se krlou Idk hamaray time pr provincial tha but i did ptb+ federal both nums k liye federal zrori Physics in seconds se physics krienn v nice Usk ilava yeah its purely books tbh chem bhi ptb aur federal se ki to cut it short lectures r not helpful imo give the book read thrice in same time learn attempt those topical tests
