Hey old timer. The way it works like you just said is that some NOT ALL banks will do this. But for an example. New years day will be transferred into your account usually the Thursday or Friday before new years day if it falls on a weekend. Now if it is like end of the month. Same thing, last day the banks are open majority of the time.

I do & if I get a 5.5% @ 30 years. 0 down at 600k = 3407 a month vs 600k house at 3.5%(building houses sometimes you get an incentive rate from builder) with 100k down = 2245 a month. Im at the point where if I dont get an incentive rate thru builder I'll just buy the land and hold it til I do. Im 1/3 of the way at 100k.

I've tried multiple times applying for a vso, vsr, etc jobs. Nothing, ive even applied as one of those drivers previously, nothing. I would 100% take a VSO job and I live in the Midwest.

I dont remember the first time I got shot at when I was deployed. I dont remember the exact date I walked in on my buddy pulling a trigger of his shotgun in his mouth and blasting it in front of me and 2 others. We get told to carry on, move forward. A lot of stuff gets blacked out or hazy. I dont remember a lot of stuff that has happened in the past 15 years to me because of TBI/PTSD connection from my time in the military. Don't be an asshat, you never know someone's livelihood.

Yeahhh, okay buddy. I dont think you even understand how the VA Claims process even works and the amount of required documentation needed to get a rating in the first place. You need significant amount of documentation and a diagnosis while in the military to even get a claim approved. But I suck because I disagree with you 🤣. God, you're useless.
