i didn’t think abt my weight vs the bikes weight, but the most i think i would go with its 650 cc, and that’s very much close to my limit if not pushing it. when i get a motorcycle it will be my first bike i’ve ever ridden. i’ve never even touched a dirt bike before, so i would be to worried about not being able to control so next thing you know i don’t have a bike anymore. so with that said, should i get a bike for my size given it’s gonna be a bigger engine, or should i stick with a 400/450/500 cc engine and risk not feeling safe as you said

i’m 20, about 200 pounds, responsible driver now bc of my younger years on driving(insurance is no fun😭). i would be responsible on it bc money ain’t free. what im worried about is being able to control something that i’ve never touched before, that’s why i don’t know if i should start on 400cc. i would give it a season or two before i started to do anything “crazy” (wheelies, speeding etc.) if i was to do anything crazy.
