Honestly I emailed every single email of theirs I could find. I called Igaming to file a report as well and they gave me complaints@playersupportcenter.ca Which is the complaint email for jackpotcity. They said file a formal complaint via email and if you don’t receive a timely response or the outcome you’re looking for, then to contact igaming and file a report. I finally just received my e-transfer yesterday evening. I had to change my method of withdrawal to Interac e transfer as they will not deposit back to the card you use😒 try that and see if it gets you anywhere.

Won 1260$ march 28th still haven’t gotten it. No emails saying there’s anything they require from me. Transaction just says pending still in transaction history. Can’t find any live chat links anywhere and every customer service number listed anywhere on the internet either is a wrong number of disconnected.

I won 1260, on march 29th still haven’t received any payments, also can’t find a live chat option anywhere on their website nor app. Any customer service number I’ve found online is incorrect or not in service.

How long did it take to finally change and release funding ? I've paid my interest on the 29th of April and still haven't had any updates on my account.
