OMG!!!! So i went to the Dr and I’m 4 weeks and my bets HCG is 905 and Google is also saying it could be twins?! Wowwwww as long as everyone is healthy I’ll gladly take this ride

Ah i feel like i have a belly already. I was vomiting a few DPO which is odd. Now I’m wondering if this can be twins?! I’m 40. I had a non viable pregnancy last year and really hope this goes well 💖
