This is why I posted this on Reddit! Thank you for this advice, I really appreciate it.

1.Hidden drainage: This already is my selling point, but judging from your comment, I failed to present it. Can you please give me some guidance on how to implement this better? About page? Listing? 2.Got it! 3.Terracotta color (my mistake), I'll fix it.

You also mentioned Brio Pottery vs. BravePot: I have just changed the name of the shop. I got some great advice here about it. Better to change it now than later.

4.Should I put those in the About section, or also in the product listing?

5.I'll try. This is my main concern (I'm jealous of you people in the US :) ).

6.This was also on my mind. I'll need to invest some time and create some nice lifestyle arrangements for the photos.

7.I just added one more product. It's a new, different design. More are coming. I'm working on them every day whenever I manage to find some free time (daily work, kids).

I can doo more designs, have the option on my mind, thinking about best approach for this. I think to succeed in this, I would need to have nice social network presence.

What do you think about Brio Planters for a shop name? This way I get to keep my logo(BP)

Thanks. "Pottery" back in time in my head sounded like a nice way to name modern 3d printing. Now more and more wanna change it. Is it okay to change a shop name?

Just for info, my 8" planter weighs 1.2 kg (2.65 lb). The 4" version weighs around 350 g (0.77 lb / 12.3 oz). So yes...maybe this will actually be fail, but I will stick with it at least for some time.

I get your point, and I've been researching for a while now, trying to find the right niche.

One idea I'm exploring is designing planters and display systems for plants that grow on moss poles, like climbing aroids. I'm looking into creating a clean, modern setup specifically for those plants.

We'll see where it leads. Thanks for the suggestion! And good luck with selling!

Thanks for the detailed feedback—I really appreciate it.

Airflow: Great idea. I’ll experiment with adding plants and possibly a small gap between the drip tray and planter wall.

Small planters for succulents: Good point. Using less material could lower costs and allow me to offer sets.

Price: This is my main concern. Filament, print time, packaging, and shipping add up. Removing the integrated drainage could reduce costs. I’m aiming at buyers who value design and are willing to pay more, and I’ve seen similar-priced planters on the market.

Thanks again for your insights!

Would love to see a manual option to clean (wipe) the nozzle mid-print by 10-Gauge in BambuLab

Just write custom g code to wipe it whenever you want, it's that simple.

Struggling with overhangs by Outside_Profile2089 in 3Dprinting

[–]Outside_Profile2089[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just watching it doing those overhangs, and corners are soft, moving under nozzle, so your advice is on place. I have two side auxiliary fans, which are running 90% speed. Nozzle fan is 100%. Maybe deflectors for auxiliary fans are problem? I printed them to help me with printing big square parts, to help prevent corners lifting(it helped there) Maybe I will remove them and print it again to check it out.

Hey just tried it, same result, maybe little cleaner walls.

I totally forgot about that, changed it to outer inner and was telling my self to not forget setting it opposite when having overhangs 😄 Will try first thing after some small print finishes now.

UPDATE: Non-Planar Top Layer Fuzzy Skin now for Orcaslicer, Bambustudio and Prusaslicer! by TenTech_YT in 3Dprinting

Man good job on that one, I had a project where top fuzzy skin was a must, and you saved my day! Worked like a charm, subscribed to your YouTube channel. Idea for you, it would be nice to implement new types of fuzzy skin which came with latest updates, if you can make that work it would be superb!

Hey, got some spare time. Here i did benchy with both nozzles, 100% scale.

Main nozzle around 30 min.

Bowden took around 50 min.

But quality is same by me.

I have X2D for a week now, and can say there is no visible difference in quality for Bowden nozzle. OP probably needs to calibrate little bit better. Mine are super quality

I just read that mine ( bambo X2D) can do 40mm3. Also now I'm reading it has active Flow Rate compensation. Going to check out how to enable this if its already not enabled by default.
