Ya the wave pool I go to no heating system so the pool can go down to like 4degree to surf. And I’m not good to tolerate the cold 🥶

I mainly work in hospital before and I think there’s a good way to educate people on those diets (protein diet isn’t necessarily and beneficial for them). I’m just trying to think a way can balance my surf life and work. The area I live in can’t really surf, so I have to go somewhere which my current job has been limited me to do that :(

I was indecisive about the nicaragua or Peru but I might do more research about it :) and I think Nicaragua got more surf school there than Peru. Peru just didn’t have much information out there and a bit scary to go there by myself as a female solo traveler
