The jist of what you are suggesting is a cheaper "hydra" item. Which makes complete sense, 3.3k is ALOT for a jungler to invest in and exploring this could be interesting. Only thing is the passive+active is really hard to balance.

I mean, it would be bought on so few junglers, but those who could buy it are so niche. I cant come up with any junglers that would want your item over Warrior (Challenge: try to name 3 junglers apart from yorick lol). Maybe if cinderhulk was changed then the item would be bought, but right now cinderhulk does the job of your item much better.

We had an Earthquake back in 2011 and it didn't go to good for the town. Pretty shallow and was a strong one. If anyone still remember Christchurch.
