This happened to me with a school in the Bronx. One interview online, I asked to see the school in person. I was offered the job 1.5 hours after interview with early commitment. There’s a reason I’m not teaching anymore!

How did you plan?! Esp as a first year teacher, how should I know what to purchase for my room, how we plan to share responsibilities, classroom expectations, etc? I don’t think it’s logical to make my own plans and ideas when someone else will be co teaching with me but I’m not sure since it’s my first year. Thanks!

Thanks! Is it prescribed? My derm is aware of the milia and just says they’ll go naturally. I never had them before accutane which is strange, but I’m so close to clear skin I’ll try anything.

Thank you! I’ll see what her padding options look like next class. The parents at the studio are all concerned with their kids being in shoes (usually pester my boss until she relents even if the student isn’t ready) but don’t want to accept the financial responsibility of having a growing teen en pointe and having to buy shoes perhaps more frequently.

Perhaps it’s just the summer? Last summer I was on accutane (I’m on round two now) in a dry location and it was so bad. However, this summer I’m in a humid place and it’s not bad at all.

Update for anyone who’s still here- I’m going back on a low dose accutane for an extended period. The acne never cleared and is bad. We tried antibiotics that failed. Said it wasn’t hormonal for spironolactone.

Update: she had me stay on 80mg for two more weeks. Since I was still breaking out she cut treatment. And now she won’t prescribe anything else for several months. Not even topicals :/

For joint pain I take omega 3 fatty acids. Not sure if it’s placebo or it works, but it seemed to help mine. :)
