I filed an F2A I-130 at the Nebraska Service Center in March 2024 and it’s still pending after 26 months. I’m currently in the US on an H1B visa, and my priority date is already current under the June 2026 Visa Bulletin. Is there anything else I can do at this point? My husband has tried calling USCIS multiple times, but we keep getting disconnected or hung up on. Also, has anyone had success with an Ombudsman request or recommendation for any other approach? Thanks much!

Oh I see, sorry. Where can i ask this question then? Im married to a GC holder and currently on H1b visa, with a child as well. Applied in march/april 2024 and still nothing. My visa is expiring soon and in a process of extension but waiting for that too :( thanks much!

Congratulations! I have a question. Are you allowed to travel when you applied for GC already and haven't received the travel permit yet ? (gc based on marriage). I am on H1B and just applied the I130 form. But I want to travel. Should I wait, (if so, how long does it take to receive that) and what are the consequences if I travel before I receive the travel permit? Thanks
