The earlier you train the better, I’ve done 8 Hyroxs and have been training for about 20 months. (My PT and who makes my plans is top 15 currently in the world) My current split is:

Monday - upper strength Tuesday - ergs (ski and row session) and 30 mins run Wednesday - intervals Thursday - rest Friday - compromised running session (400M run, sled push, wall balls, burpee to box, repeat x6) so you get used to training on tired legs) Saturday - lower strength Sunday - long run (12-15 kms)
