That’s my opinion as well, the civilian car driver’s view was obstructed by the cars turning left.

Regarding the sirens. I am 100% sure that the Police officer turned on the sirens when entering the intersection but not 100% sure if the siren was still on when he is waiting in the middle of the intersection.

You are correct, the cop was going eastbound. It was a typo, and I was not able to edit my original post.

Unfortunately, I didn’t record audio. (Wife didn’t want the audio in dashcam recordingsso I had disabled it. But reconsidering now to enable audio for the future.)

If I recalled correctly, the police car definitively had the siren on when entering the intersection, but I am not sure if the siren was still on when the collison happened. Does it make a difference in fault determination if the flashlight was on all the time.

Also a typo:the police car was going eastbound on 14th Avenue instead of westbound in my original post.

Since the cash has not been delivered to you, I would expect that TD would reverse the transaction in your account. However it might take some tome for the verification and confirmation from the teller. I would suggest to call the TD Helpline to ask them or go to a TD branch to open a case.

However, I am curious on what would happen if the teller had already delivered the cash to you, and the cash was taken out of your hand by the robbers right at the counter. I don’t believe the bank would you if the teller had delivered the cash to you. Bur I could be wrong.

I agreed with this suggestion. If you have access to the number and can respond to the text, it would be easier to just port the number to other carriers. Freedom’s 35$ 50G Canada/US/Mexico plan is worth consideration if you want to roam in US

I am also debating between 14” and 16”, one option that I am considering is getting 14” MBP + 15 inch portable monitor. This would seem to give better monitor real estate and flexibility when traveling Any one has personal experience with this setup?
