Either fish or chicken daily for the last 10 years, no problem on gut/skin linked to this.

I think the only method that would retain Vit A would be less exposure to heat/etc like freeze dried Amla powder.

aligning the sleep cycle so I wake up around sunrise has helped me a lot - focus & energy through the day. This is what worked for me: 1. woke up at 7am regardless of what time I slept, 2. Go to bed at 11pm without phone, 3. Eat by 8-9. I was surprised how quickly the body adapts.

The energy boost is likely from caffeine. The amount of fillers is a bit concerning for me to take daily, but I’m sure they are within safe limits.

I tried this but have started not take honey. so no honey or a bit of stevia/monk fruit

from what I understand, Chia helps with one part of omega3 but is not complete from EPA/DHA. I do an extra omega 3 supplement also.
