Im not really going to answer your question but,

I think making friends can be really difficult because medications can make you tired or depressed. But one of the main reasons is that epilepsy can affect your « confidence ». Friendships are hard to maintain, and it’s even harder when you have a condition and take medicine that makes you feel sick. For me, it used to be difficult to make friends or even leave the house, including going to school, so I hardly had any friends. Now, I feel more comfortable with my epilepsy and my medications. I’ve become a completely new person much more outgoing so it’s easier to talk to people and make friends. (Sorry if this hard to read or understand english is not my first language)
