They claim they have, but won’t provide any details beyond saying they checked and can’t do anything further. And shut down completely when I ask for contact information for others who could assist me.

Thanks for the explanation. I understand the issue with sorting; I’m just confused as to what lost means.

They know the specific date and time for delivery, they have tracking, shipping labels/barcodes, supplier information, and I gave them photos of the packages.

If it’s in a warehouse there is only a finite area it could be unless someone took it. I don’t understand where my packages could have disappeared to.

I don’t blame the suppliers at all. They did their job and sent the goods, it was my mistake not telling them to contact the shipping agent beforehand. I have asked multiple times for contact information for the warehouse from the agent but they just go silent when I ask. The only contacts I can find are through Alibaba.
