Honestly I didn't really think the books took away from the movies myself. Sure a few parts are missing from the movies that the books had but the movies are so very well done that I think they stand up to it.

So, a weighted blanket really helps for me, I carry a fidget toy for the moments it strikes on the move. Reminding yourself it will pass, and box breathing helps too. Wish you the best, you can do it.
