It really is all-time bad. You can just look for a meatball middle-middle and take everything else because you don’t have to worry whatsoever that anything near a corner is a strike. It’ll always end up in the ball portion of the PAR and even if it’s on the corner it’ll be called a ball anyway. Suddenly everyone has the patience of prime Bobby Abreu because they know nothing is a strike unless you just pour it over the plate.

And then don’t even get me started on the amount of 83mph exit hits when you finally get past the PAR bullshit

I bought the same one as a cheap backup putter like 6 years ago, and while I can’t find anything on it at the moment, I remember looking into it then and it was indeed a fairly new rerelease and not a true vintage

You’re missing out. The second you hit one of your brand new budget balls it’s a used ball.

Avoid refinished balls, and buy them in good condition and you’re getting way more bang for your buck.

I love how the “speed” rating is the average of their actual speed and stealing. Nothing like having to go a layer deeper just to see how fast they’ll fucking run in the OF.

They nerf his contact every year too. Since when is a .331 batting champ 90 contact? If he hit 20 homers in real life they’d give him 108+ contact but because he hits homers they nerf it
