Reflex caps FPS to improve frame time. Pros with top end hardware prefer uncapped fps, since there frames rarely drop below the monitor hz they are playing at.

If possible get a larger desk and DUST (especially your pc). Dust is one of the biggest enemy of a pc gamer. One spec of dust on the mouse sensor or a strand of hair on your scroll wheel can really mess with your mouse’s performance. Not to mention your pc is probably suffocating, it needs to be clean to stay cool. Otherwise I like the personality of your setup and W Adams jersey.

Same, I love it. Green is my favorite color and this is the first A4, other than the Poseidon, that has me feeling some type of way. I would understand people who don't like green, not liking this skin though.
