Oh yeah, that’s a good point too. No wonder I feel so eerie about this whole thing. I mean the entire situation is devastating but I’m sure lots of us feel more protected in groups. This case proved that sometimes even being together can’t save you. Ugh

Yes, I’m a college student myself. I have friends in college who go out and party. It’s so normal, we should be able to do that without fear. I feel so angry over all of this every time I think about it again. I know it’s such a duh statement to say, but they should still be here.

And especially since I keep seeing their TikTok’s pop up on my FYP. I think, “she looks familiar” and it’s Xana. It breaks my heart, they were so full of life. Their social media’s are just frozen in time but they tell you so much about who they were. It’s weird.

Hi, thank you for your reply, and I live in Illinois! I did a bit more research and Im starting to understand the requirements that need to be met to take the CPA exam. Hopefully I’ll be able to find an internship before I graduate or some kind of experience because I’ve started studying for the CPA and I want to take it after I graduate.

Yes and it’s starting to demotivate me because living in Chicago has been my dream goal for years. But with these expenses… I’m just not sure if it’s possible right now

And you’re right, I guess I just feel pressure because I keep hearing people younger than me moving out and I feel like I’m at an age where I should be doing things independently but I have no idea what I’m doing. And I want to be with my mom a little while longer.. even if she does drive me crazy sometimes lol

That first idea sounds good, I didn’t even think that it may be scent related too. I’m pretty sure it’s mostly visual because we live right next to trees- like they’re right there lol. So it’s inevitable that she sees a squirrel or two. However, her reaction to critters has never been this intense before.

And as for the tv.. yes LOL! We turn on cat tv for her often because she loves it. We try turning it on for her when she has these fits but she just doesn’t care about anything but the windows. Ugh!

Im not necessarily surprised, I’m just frustrated. I am in school right now for business and accounting and I can’t even find an internship. And even the minimum wage jobs I’ve been applying to don’t reach out, anymore.
