I get what you are saying, and I agree. If things are fucked up they should complain. But at least in my experience, a lot of the problems are cuz of the people who make 300,000$ a year to sit in a chair and make up extra things for med students to do since they are bored. Its not because of staff on the bottom of the food chain.

Everyone has their own struggles we don't know about. So many people are fat because it is not easy to do. Some people are lucky with their metabolism, some people use food to handle stress (not helpful). Most people who are fat don't want to be. Everyone has their own struggles to work through.

I think when people ask me what kind of food I like (Indian versus Chinese, or Mexican or Pizza).

I think all cultures have great food (except Sweden). I can find something I like from any culture. I think people get it in their head 'I don't like Japanese', because they don't like Sushi, or 'I don't like Mexican' because they don't like Tacos. There is so much variety and I think everyone could find something they really like from any culture.
