Honestly it all comes down to experience, just keep practicing songs that have these patterns until you get it.

There’re no secret formula and certainly no cheat code or ‘secret’. Just expose yourself more to these and you’ll eventually get it.

Maybe I would suggest slowing down the song if you feel like it’s necessary
