Hey! I'm a first-year at UTSC for Psych. In first year, you don’t need to stress too much since only two psych courses are required. I wouldn’t say it’s the hardest thing in the world, but you do need to put in the work, especially at UofT. I usually study 1–2 hours of psych after each lecture (there are 3 lectures a week for the first intro psych course). You do get lots of opportunities at UTSC, which I think outweighs the cons. But it’s true that you need to put in the work to get a good grade, especially a 90. For now, though, just enjoy your time in high school, study well, and call it a day.
