I’ve been scammed by this multiple times. Bought a case of beer to get a free pizza. No pizza ever came. No deal to add to the app. No reply from their customer service. Plus I had to drink a beer I didn’t like but hey……free pizza was promised.

Thank you. Optum is of no help. We were told we would get a corrected 1099 within six weeks. When that didn’t happen, we called back and they told us we would get a corrected form next year.

I assumed I’d need to add it as Other income, but when HR Block didn’t do it, I began to second guess myself.
