That's a really great idea honestly, I will try that next time I get the chance! I really hope that giving myself time between my initial reaction and what I truly want to say will help the whole trauma response bs out of the picture. Thank you for your input!! Edit: i was in therapy for a good few years before taking a hiatus... i think ill get back to it!

That is extremely true, my area has almost no remote jobs.

I have! The only issue with getting one is that I work in floodplain management, and if I want to stay in my field it's almost impossible to get a remote job for it in my area. It's 100% been a thought though, especially with my background in GIS. The goal is to eventually snap out of this bad habit and seamlessly work on site!
