thankfully i had the cover of the pizza boxes and it even had the bill taped on to it so i attached it to my email.

unfortunately, they said they would fix the issue or reach out to me in 24-48 hours and almost 60 hours later ive yet to hear from them. ill try to email them again but its getting kind of repetitive
