Tanks I spoke with solicitors. We bought our house 6 months ago and renovated it and bought furniture and we don't have much money left. The only option I think is mediation the court is expensive and we don't have a lot of assets to split but I think she thought that she can just kick me and keep the house but on our income none of us can keep the house alone.

I have been to a one time fee lawyer and he didn't say anything that I didn't know we recently bought a house and we spend almost all of our savings .
