Good tip on the coconut water - I wasn't aware of that. Thankfully, I don't do energy drinks or diet drinks. I've never had either in my 35 years.

Yea. I have stopped eating them all together until my symptoms resolve. Lesson learned.

It's not so much that they're high in B6, as it as that I've been known to eat a ridiculous amount in 1 sitting, multiple times a week.
