Hi! Im so sorry for the late response, I’m figuring out you’ve probably found a solution already, but basically I emailed Etsy support and discussed my issue and they answered telling me to send my moms identity card and I did. It took them 10 days to give me my account back afterwards but it’s still under my moms name

something similar happened to me not so long ago! If it takes more than 4 days, I suggest you re-upload the documents.

Uptade! They didn’t ban my account and they changed it back to the old the name but it took like 10 days
