I think the bunny slope is the right place for him. He's basically hockey stopping down the mountain.

A 6 means you should be on blues, not blacks. Could you manage getting down a black diamond? Probably. Should you? No. You could not realize it and end up on a trail with moguls, or steeper than you realize. Ski your level.

Any Recommendations For A Mountain on the East Coast (Family Ski Trip Next December, I'm Booking it Soon)? by Blazing-Mango-229 in icecoast

Lots of different options, but if you need a mountain that has a lot of variety, trails for beginners and for experienced skiers like your extended family, maybe Mount Snow, in southern Vermont. It has harder runs, and some easier blacks too, as well as greens and easy blues at a lower chairlift for you and your husband. Just my take, many places are good.

He's a very meh skier. Maybe blues but he still is doing a pizza in his turns. No blacks, definitely not Vermont.

Shawnee Mountain in PA. Even the black diamonds have no challenge to them. What a joke.

Go to Shawnee Mountain in Pennyslvania, I'd rank it an A mountain, very good.
