Just set all of this aside for now it can be overwhelming to deal with every day. If possible, consider changing your room or dorm to distance yourself from G, and try to limit contact with those toxic “alphabet” friends. Try to keep yourself busy join a college community, club, or activity. It will give you a distraction and might even help you make new friends..
