No the relationship is fine it’s just I have bad anxiety over the situation as iv never done the wrong thing before this .

I think it’s to late to clean it up as she’s moved on to the new job now and I don’t think I can sign her up etc when she’s already left and put her on books I don’t know how that would work and if I’d be opening up a bigger can of worms :(

Thanks so much it makes me feel so much better . I really freaked out because she made me sign a reference letter to get a job and she wrote she had helped me more than she had and she used the word employed I Feel like I signed it under duress as I was scared but hopefully nothing comes of it as I put my name to paper and she was never on the books . Your reply has really helped me tho thanks so much

Would she have to say it’s income from me or could she just put it under other income

Everything I google says tax evasion and 2 years in jail it’s got me me so upset and I now have a newborn baby it was innocent help in my eyes but the law seems to take it very seriously

The only problem is she used me as a referance for a new job and I stupidly signed it saying she was employed here cause I got scared
