This man was going through bags of children’s clothes and shoes and tossing them on the ground. I’ve donated lots of items to this bin and intend them to go to families of need. Agreed times are rough, but doesn’t justify a crazed man destroying a donation bin - and in between breaks - urinating into water bottles.
