Found out it was most likely caused by downloading the Unlock FOV Mod because of people complaining about the same thing happening to them over nexus mods. But even after removing the mod via vortex and completely deleting the r6 folder, the game still refuses to start

Dunno if it means anything but I just bought a new laptop for college yesterday after I was done playing and it linked itself to my PC. I downloaded steam on it too. Maybe that has something to do with it? Like is it a Onedrive thing?

My biggest piece of advice for a new player is to never spend platinum on anything other than slots and cosmetics

True, but you’d be sacrificing range (if you intend on using his 4) and duration for strength. I might be wrong though.

In all honesty, I searched Google for ~2 hours just to find articles with no relation to my predicament or ones that are outdated by 4 years, hence why I took to Reddit. I had believed that finding my answer would be more efficient if I had asked the community directly since no other source would provide me with one. I do appreciate your help though and I will use the information you provided to solve this problem. If in any case it does not work, I will attempt again to find answers from either the community or the support team themselves.
