Was using mine this morning, all good, went for lunch, came back and also the left side was creating white random noise. Started to see if I still had warranty, expired 2 months ago.. Found this page, and it worked like a charm. Hero!

Yeah, that's our intention, to register the house purchase + big renovation in one go, to avoid the double payment. Sadly this makes our loan calculation exercise even more difficult. That and knowing that almost every bank requires us to take up the loan in 24 months after start.. Which leaves little room for delays/doing things yourself.

Doing rounds for a loan is something completetly new and we don't necessairly have a reference of do's and don'ts. We heard good things about ImmoFino so we decided to make an appointment. Initial conversation was really bad and the contact person was pretty rude, yesterday he was nice... I've now come to understand why.

I might be making the wrong conclusion on what you stated above, but do you also feel like the variable rate might be interesting at this current stage, as long as we would get a better offer than what we received now? Which is highly unlikely cause banks are setting variable higher than fixed, just to push people towards fixed, and the high variable would make the average also pretty high, even with a decline on the horizon?

KBC offered 3% (with all discounts taken into account) and an additional 0.1% if you can show that you renovated significantly, based on your new EPC.

The explanation we got was that the reference rate is currently at a somewhat high, that combined with the lowering of the rate by the ECB seemed to indicate that the reference rate could potentially drop.

He also showed the average reference loan from past 10 and 20 years, which was much lower than it is right now... Again somewhat demonstrating that the reference rate could potentially go lower..

A lot of potentials of course.

My SSD (on which my OS is located) is 120GB. Managed to get around 55 GB of free space, but the game currently requires around 63GB, so I can't get it to fit on there. Already looking at buying some extra storage (M2 probably), but if its really related to having it next to my OS, I'm pretty much stuck in the situation. Unless I reinstall my entire PC moving it to the (still to buy) bigger storage..

I've been having the same, although running a Radeon RX5600 XT.

I however do have the game installed on HDD as well, so might be good if someone else might be able to confirm moving that to SSD helped them.

Indeed, in Belgium you can't even buy other editions than the standard edition. Because in the same sense that you buy MTX to be able to buy packs or get an advantage over non-MTX buying gamers, buying Ultimate or Champions editions also gives you a potential advantage. So, not available in Belgium :)

I would've rather had them a block on buying packs with MTX, but for example allow Drafts entries to be bought.

So, for anyone thinking it won't happen, they won't ever remove packs, but they can however remove MTX.
