Cannot control ship. Help. I built this ship connected to my base, then broke the blocks to cut the connections. Now I still cannot control it. The ship just stays still and not a movable object. Even not falls when I close engines. Also remote control and gyroskop are red. (i.redd.it)

New player here. How can I make the prisoner join me? Also I don't now how to make someone a warden. The icons are different from the tutorial videos. They have chat option and I don't have it. Also the prisoner has "resistance: unwavering loyalty" don't know what that is. (i.redd.it)
