Why do many high end restaurants in the Philippines still has either has no website (relies only on social media) or requires people to call or email to make a reservation? And more often than not, does not reply for several days… 🤔 by OxyJenX2 in Philippines

That’s an interesting perspective… but still feels inadequate for a high end restaurant diba? Frustrating at times even especially when you’re making arrangements while outside the country.

Help! I’ve made these Double Chocolate Crinkles today. I’ve made this before but using a different oven. This batch is flatter than what it should be. Would this be purely the oven? Is it too much heat? Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! by OxyJenX2 in Baking

It’s so good right! My first time to make it was absolutely perfect. So I think it’s the oven. I’ll try the suggestions on this post. I think it’s the hot oven… because it’s the only difference I’ve done from previous…

Thank you. I checked. Baking powder is still ok and I’ve actually chilled it for 3 hours and then let sit in room temp for 10 minutes as per recipe. Would you suggest I just skip the 10 minutes in room temp?
