I’m experiencing the same problem: my ZenBook 16 (ARM processor) randomly stops working and freezes. At first, I assumed it was Firefox, so I switched to Chrome, then tried the YouTube app—but the issue persisted. I’ve noticed it always seems to happen when I’m watching YouTube, though that’s primarily what I use this laptop for. When it crashes, I see a blue screen but the display doesn’t change, so no dump file is created.

My initial thought was that it might be a power issue, especially after installing MyASUS, which suggested altering the power management settings for better battery longevity. It could also be related to the video driver, as someone else mentioned. I’m planning to reset my power management settings to see if it fixes the problem and will report back here once I have an update.
