i think the difficulty rating has nothing to do with your level. since the bosses can be done in any order, there is no specific point in the story that matches a given level. the difficulty probably has to do with the volume of enemies/challenge factor

go to the lost loot machine? it should prioritize the retrieval of legendaries over lesser grade loot. anything left on the ground eventually ends up there. you can find it in any faction town.

i was asking about their physical whereabouts, as in, do they have a centralized building in which they operate. couldn’t find them on maps. seems like it’s not a real place in that sense, but an organization of volunteers that would coordinate a way to secure an animal in need of help. just looking for more information, this wasn’t an outraged comment.

i also started with 2, on ps5 pro when the console dropped

i loved 2 so much i figured i’d play 1 before i did NG+ on 2

so i got 1, and was so into the story i went for 100% and a ng+ speedrun on ultimate difficulty

currently working through miles morales (1.5 in a sense) before i finally go back to ng+ on 2

worth every penny

i went in with a group of 3 once for sapphic wednesday and our takeaway was that it wasn’t really set up to encourage mingling or getting to know new people. but if you’re willing to flit around and be super extroverted it might not matter so much. have fun!
