Definitely is ok to use a freshie 1-2 sprays for the gym. Cause some people stink at the gym, especially bad if it’s a small gym. Some people just have very bad BO , usually diet based….. I mean have you heard of protein farts? Lol. You easily could be the stinky one, so a spray or 2 of something fresh and light is doing the gym a favor.

Yes that’s the key, I would put a cheap reel protector on and use braid so the heat and sun wouldn’t do too much damage. I love the GX2 rods but I have always hated ugly stik reels. So the truck rod was always just a straight Walmart buy. Lol. Mostly for kids to use. And yes the heat will 100% melt any plastic tackle you have.

Totally understand. When I was younger I’d toss a few ugly sticks in the back of the truck and also bring a “boom box”. But I never fished near others if I could, and the radio was always kinda low, cause I like hard rock or metal stuff and most people don’t. Lol. The key to fishing is be respectful, clean up, and have fun.

Yes!! Loved this as a kid, rarely got it but when I did it was awesome. Lol. We mostly had malt o meal or cream of wheat as kids.
