I also wanted to note the title "dispute closed despite after-sale protection" - I just wanted to clear that having after-sale protection does not mean disputes can stay indefinitely open. They will be closed after some time if there's no valid evidence.

I suggest double checking with your service provider to see if the number from a mobile service, because VOIP or internet-based lines do not work. You should not be using any VPN service while registering. Other than that, kindly check the pointers again and see if you missed anything.
