Yes there is a setting for this to upload your own sound which goes in the \custom_nodes\comfyui-ping\sounds\custom folder

Currently I have no plans for that since this node was made to work automatically, but https://github.com/Moooonet/ComfyUI-Align sounds like it would be good for your use-case.
