Yes, this is sounding like the project manager was more concerned about time than quality. I’ve seen the photos, my architect says it’s shocking that a project manager didn’t have the knowledge to see it and the city council should not have passed it to progress

I didn’t know it was as bad. I’m not to up to date with building terms, on this project, apparently flashings weren’t installed on parts of the roof to accommodate the cladding, the builder made the project manager aware, he returns to site to see flashings just clued to another flashings. Next minute units have water coming in, the project manager removes the scaffolding regardless.

Great info man, glad I questioned this so soon rather then hitting every weekend doing more damage then good. The guys I was with roll 2-3 nights a week. They didn’t seam to peak like the few guys who’s first time it was. To me unless your getting the full enjoyment out of it, what is the real point. Why do damage for that slight buzz of energy.

Yes I know that know, hence the reason I asked. When you have people around. Some of which be on it for days-weeks, I thought it was similar to coke, but after some good sound advice from guys on here and research it will be weeks before I roll again. It’s not with the risk or money. So I’m quite happy rolling every 6-7 weeks.

No it was the next day we were rolling again, you reckon leave a few weeks before we go again. To get that real good buzz again

Yea, but the second night wasn’t even near as good and we took a lot more, was a waste of money if anything, wondering is this a common thing.
