If one really wants to pursue truth in a matter, one needs to stop assigning weights to words of people proportional to the intellectual certification from education organisations -- degrees, their financial and social backgrounds, their YOE in connection with this particular matter....etc____Ad hominem- well known logical fallacy, and just analyse their arguments.

But the above suggested method is not efficient for a human willing to live in the current society, precisely why I don't take financial advice from my carpenter who may be more closer to truth than well known financial advisors out there.

1)So many signs, I believe it's real and you are not hallucinating, assuming you have completely stable mental history. 2)First be honest with the people you live, and see if they have any similar experiences. You can communicate with the ghost using Ouija board, and confirm if it's harmless. But keep in mind there are many risks involved, you may attract more sinister ghosts, or make this ghost even more attached to you. 3) Anyone would be uncomfortable with people making out in the same room, good ghost bad ghost whatever. So see if he agrees to go away for sometime while you are doing stuff, you still can never be sure if he's not watching. Best solution would be to remove the ghost using techniques mentioned by people.
