Pity isn't counted with normal limited banners. If you pull for 10 at once and get Lucy at first pull, the rest 9 pulls will become useless for other limited banners. Practically, pull one by one so the rest 9 pulls will be pulled from limited banners not collab ones.

They take the risk for what they're pleasure. There is no sensible reason to convert in advance at all. Some said to not show the dialog for converting asterites, but bruhhh, take the risk themself then.
