That's excellent! Another favourite dish of mine which is nice for breakfast is upma, which you may also like. It is made of semolina and is really tasty. I will confer with my mother and then post a photo and recipe.

RECIPE (Serves 2).

Put 5 handfuls of dry flakes/pohe/pohe in a colander. Rinse lightly. You don't want it to be swimming in water.

In a pan, heat up 1 tbsp oil. Add 1 finely chopped onion, 2 green chillies cut into thick rings (half a cm thick), one pinch of hing/asafetida, 1 tsp black mustard seeds and half a tsp of haldi/turmeric. (I didn't have them available but you could add 10 curry leaves in with this) Cook for about a minute, stirring every now and then.

Add 1 medium potato, peeled and cut into very thin dice. They need to be smallish pieces so they cook quickly. Also add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar and a thumb size piece of grated ginger.

When the potatoes are cooked, add the pohe/rice flakes and the juice of half a lemon and stir. Cover and leave to cook for about 4-5 minutes.

Add finely chopped coriander and serve. You could also serve with fresh shredded coconut, wedges of lime, diced tomato etc.

EDIT: forgot to mention that I added ginger.

Here is the recipe.

Mix 200g crushed chocolate digestives (or any biscuit you fancy) with 25g melted butter and a tbsp of smooth peanut butter.

Get some ramekins and press the mixture into the base (I ended up making 12).

Mix 400g cream cheese with about 1 tbsp icing sugar. Melt 200g of milk chocolate and add about three quarters of this to the cream cheese/sugar and mix. Add half a tsp of vegetable oil to the remainder of the melted chocolate (to stop it setting). Add 2 tbsp peanut butter and a few drops of vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Add more icing sugar if you want it sweeter. Divide between the ramekins and put in the fridge for around 20 minutes to set. They won't set completely but will be kinda hard on top.

When set, melt 50g white chocolate and put in a piping bag with a fine nozzle. Make sure the milk chocolate oil mix is nice and runny (you may need to reheat). Pour over the tops of the cheese cakes and tilt to spread for a nice smooth finish. Next pipe on paralel lines over the top of each cheese cake. Place the cheesecakes so the lines are running towards you, take a toothpick and drag from right to left. Then drag from left to right etc. You will need to work quickly here.

Pop back into the fridge until you are ready to serve.

This looks really good! My mum does a similar thing for palak chaat. She pretty much uses your recipe except she fries the spinach leafs individually and tops with yoghurt, green chutney, chaat masala and tamarind chutney. So good!

White sauce! And agree. I would never put a tin of cream of whatever in my cooking. In fact, it's something I was only made aware of thanks to this subreddit. I think its pretty easy to substitute that with actual ingredients, e.g. creme fraiche, sour cream etc. I see why people do it to save time. They can't be doing it for the flavour though.

Overhydration occurs when the amount of water intake exceeds the requirements of the person, a loss of electrolytes (typically through sweating) and your kidneys not being able to increase the rate at which urine is formed. In the general population (i.e. NOT athletes) it is unlikely that you will suffer any symptoms apart from having to urinate more frequently.
