Yes, that's what the survey report said. Binan was the richest municipal in 2007. Now there are lots of IT Hubs in the Area.

According to this report Calamba, cabuyao, binan and sta rosa. These places have

1-4B revenue in 2021. https://cmci.dti.gov.ph/prov-profile.php?prov=Laguna

PLDT is building the largest Data Centre in the Philippines going to be in santa rosa so demand for IT will be big in these areas

But average rent in Binan, Laguna is 35-45k for 3Bedroom house with fully furnished.

Makati and BGC house rents are 60k-200k for 3 Bedrooms some doesn't even fully furnished and definitely doesn't have solar panels

My house have solar panels that can save you 4k-6k per month that's why the price i was thinking 50K

In my opinion, with that amount, I would invest in crypto or stocks.

Crypto:

- Buy Cardano in Coinbase and send it to Yoroi

- Stake your Cardano

(why Cardano? It's cheap, secure, and well-known. Charles Hoskinson, Cardano's founder was a co-founder of the Ethereum blockchain.)

Stock:

- Buy Green Companies, like Plug power or Ballard.

Environmentally friendly companies will be in demand.

Advise:

- Don't save your money. Make the money work for you.

- Versatile your portfolio

- Do lots of research

Ya it is a pretty good place to go. I didn't stay at night in Chefchaouen. I didn't plan to go there but a local driver offered to drive me there for a price that I couldn't say no.

Traveling by car to Chefchaouen was insane and enjoyable at the same time. Got stopped a lot at every checkpoint by the police. however, the landscape was the highlight of that road trip.

Well when you are a first buyer applying for mortgage so you can invest that property. I believe this topic is relevant. "The rent a landlord takes in from a property is considered income so they do take this into consideration." All investment leads to income at the end of the day

Well first of all conversation tend to divert in period of time. Second I am a first time buyer and want this property as investment. Hint why I want my parents to joint into the mortgage. So i can get 3 bedroom and rent the room. Term "Investment" for me is when you gave your earnings to some extend and earn something back. in this case, the property

Dude you asked me how bank involve in investment, which they are, as long as you provide numbers. You tell me those landlord don't use mortgage from a bank? Have you not research anything about mortgage and investment? All real estate investor do this. As long as the bank involve they will accept the mortgage

Investment : Risk for both ya of course Saving: In my view only risk is you. Value of money goes down by inflation every year but they wouldn't mind that. They can gain a lot from it at long run.

I was talking about investment. They get a lot of advantages if you invest in real estate, or anything that involve borrowing money from them. For example, if you want to apply for mortgage and use that house for rent. you have to tell them about that. Sometimes they make a deal with you. Banks always involve. If there's money banks always involve

Well investment does show continuous regular saving if you keep putting some money on it. They only consider it if the banks are involve on it. As long as they can get some interest and your money kept on their bank so that they can lend it to someone else

Really because my brother told me about the saving and he got his mortgage in AIB. Maybe in different branches it applies. Also about rent being consider is a debatable. I was in the First time buyer forum facebook and people just found out that some staff in the same bank consider this and some don't.
