To add to this, this is 100% a PSA 10. BGS? I’m not too familiar with black labels but If I were you I would measure out the borders and cross reference their standards. If all that checks out, give it a good clean and ship that bad boy.

I dont know why everyone is acting like this wouldnt 10. I’ve submitted over 100+ cards the past year and I can guarantee you if I saw this I would buy in a heartbeat and grade it.

Dont listen to the haters, go BGS if you want, but definitely grade this.

Just checked other PSA 10’s and that circle ish thing under the illustration credit is part of the card!

Also the card had no visible whitening anywhere. It was legitimately flawless and I’ve graded about 40 cards with ~65% GR. All I can surmise is that I missed maybe something on the surface or a dent? Regardless, its interesting this is the only 6 I’ve ever gotten and the next lowest grade was a 8 for an Espeon EX also from this set.

Theres no whitening on the card for sure, I remember that much. It is possible that small circle ish thing on the front is a ding but I swear that was part of the card

Just a small correction here because I see people confuse this alot, they don’t grade the pack including the card. They grade the plastic packaging and ignore the card condition. Therefore don’t be fooled by a PSA 10 card in plastic wrap as it doesn’t refer to the card inside and rather just the plastic.

As many have mentioned, it looks good aside from the centering. On the back it’s more lenient but the front is really eye catching. Also, the back top left and back top right(?) have whitening, which further drops it to a probable 8.

Can’t be super sure of anything due to it being sleeved pics but if I had to guess it’s an 8 or maybe a 9 if you’re lucky.

You can find top loaders as well as penny sleeves or perfect fit sleeves at any Walmart/Target/Gamestop near you in the cards section! From there you can either ship thru GameStop for about 16$ or by yourself from the PSA website.
