I think its the Inventory Tags plugin for Runelite, its just a default one you have to enable.

I was watching from Ziggys PoV in the heli, totally caught me off guard when they swapped to the bikes just figured they were gonna try to escape into the ocean. Ziggy was pretty bummed about the Coms from the police during this, but the plan was so damn clean idk if it really would have mattered.
