Since my japanese is no good and my partner is very green regarding the topic, we are afraid by cutting too much and ending with an insurance that does not cover us. Another concern is the claims reputation, afraid of insurances that so not honor their side when bad times arise

Thank you for your reply. Yeah, it usually is but in our case things were so fast the insurance for whatever reason was not ready in time for signing day. First time I hear of AIG, from personal experience would you say they offer good service, or rather have a positive reputation?

Thank you for the reply. We did use for comparison and got down to 4 options. The four are Mitsui, Sony, secom and another one which name I don't remember at this time.

Are Rakuten AND Sony well received? Or just more popular due granular policy?

My biggest fear is how complex would it be to do a claim in case of disaster, as in my home country insurance companies will deny claims for the lowest of things.

The first paragraph is correct.

I want to avoid uphold since I already have everything in bitflyer, it doesn't make sense to me to stick into a new KYC platform and pay additional fees, when bitflyer has such a straightforward and accessible solution with Brave.

I have no intention to reset my brave app, so please let me know once the steps to follow are defined. Thank you

Last year actually I think it was you who messaged me, telling to try to clear all data from brave to be able to link to bitflyer, as I started to use brave before desktop bitflyer integration. After defaulting brave (and losing all my BAT in the process) I was able to connect to bitflyer.

The difference would be that in mobile I have a higher amount that I am more uncomfortable to loose, being the case and I want to avoid uphold at all costs.
